You are aware of incidents or business practices at HIWIN where you have doubts as to whether they are in accordance with the legal regulations, the Code of Conduct or HIWIN's compliance guidelines. Then please let us know!

We not only count on the support of our employees, but also on the assistance of our customers and business partners.

This is the only way we can react immediately and prevent or minimize any damage.

It would be best if you speak directly and confidentially with your contact person at HIWIN about the problem. A solution can then be found quickly and without detours.

However, there may be situations in which this direct route does not seem possible for you. For this reason, we have set up a specialized legal lawyer of trust as an internal reporting office at HIWIN. He will be pleased to receive your information and will treat all information confidentially. You can communicate openly with him, stating your name and your contacts. Please note, that stating your contact details is needed, as this is the only way for the legal Lawyer to contact you regarding questions and further details of the case. If you wish, your identity will be protected and not disclosed to HIWIN.

In addition to this reporting office, you can also contact a so-called external reporting office, which is set up at federal and state level as well as at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and the Federal Cartel Office. You can find more information on this in subsection 3 of the Whistleblower Protection Act. There are also reporting options at European Union level.
