Impressive positioning of a wafer inspection system both with its ultra-flat rotary axis and with µ-precision in the X and Y directions. Built on a granite, our linear guideways, linear motors and a rotary table become a positioning unit that is responsible for the simultaneous inspection of silicon wafers from above and below with minimum overall height and maximum hollow shaft at the same time. The system is representative proof that we know how to combine our own individual components into high-precision, customised systems.
