Dichtungssysteme

Abschlussdichtungen verhindern zum einen das Eindringen von Fremdstoffen wie Schmutzpartikeln, Spänen oder Flüssigkeiten in die Kugellaufbahnen des Laufwagens, zum anderen reduzieren sie das Austragen des Schmierstoffes. HIWIN bietet verschiedene Dichtungssysteme für die unterschiedlichen Umgebungsbedingungen Ihrer Anwendung an. Die Wirksamkeit der Abschlussdichtung hat direkten Einfluss auf die Lebensdauer der Profilschienenführung und sollte somit bereits bei der Konstruktion berücksichtigt und passend zu den Umgebungsbedingungen Ihrer Anwendung ausgewählt werden.
